I would recommend to everybody to a detox. If not 7 Day Detox you could do another of some type of juice detox. I think 7 Day Detox works the best.
I feel so much better now that I have done my detox. My energy has increased and I don’t feel as tired during the middle of the day. I also feel healthier and have less headaches. As far as weight loss I lost 4 pounds, not bad for one week. The main benefit I got from 7 day detox though is that I just feel healthier. This is a great product!

I didn’t notice much of anything from using this product other than I urinated a lot. I lost 3 pounds but I think it was mostly just water weight.
