For me this stuff helped me not eat as much late at night and inbetween meals. It also helped give me extra energy. My biggest problem is eating snacks all day which I have always struggled with. I would take Liporexall before breakfast and lunch and it helped me not feel so hungry. I dropped 9 lbs with this last bottle and just ordered a few more hoping that I will be able to lose about 30 pounds all together.

I was impressedh at how well it worked. I was a little skeptical at first about taking a diet pill supplement but it really did help me cut back on how much I eat. It also gives you quite a bit of energy which I am guesing it is from the caffeine.

I really needed this product to work and it did. I have been trying to lose weight since my last baby and just haven’t been able to get back to normal and it had been over 8 months.
