I was a little skeptical at first about taking a diet pill supplement but it really did help me cut back on how much I eat. It also gives you quite a bit of energy which I am guesing it is from the caffeine.

It also helped give me extra energy. My biggest problem is eating snacks all day which I have always struggled with. I would take Liporexall before breakfast and lunch and it helped me not feel so hungry. I dropped 9 lbs with this last bottle and just ordered a few more hoping that I will be able to lose about 30 pounds all together.

I’m not saying that you can sit on the couche alll day and eat chips but if you are willing to put a little effort into diet and exercise then you will see how it can help improve weight loss.

I was on the same diet and exercise routine the month before and lost 5 lbs. This last month I did the same diet and exercise plan with Liporexall and lost 12 lbs. It made a big difference.
