I have already recommended this to my other girlfriends and I have only been using it for two weeks. I’ve lost 6 lbs on so far and hope to lose another 6 lbs by the time I finish the bottle. It gives you energy but it didn’t give me the jitters that other weight loss pills have given me in the past. I also don’t get as bad as cravings to eat chocolate or sweets.
