What Happens After I Order?
You’ll receive an order confirmation email. Then you’ll get a shipment notification email. This email doesn’t mean your order has been shipped; it means the label has been printed. Most orders ship within a few hours of printing.
How Do I track my order?
Your shipment notification email will include tracking number (if you choose FedEx) or a delivery confirmation number (if you choose USPS). Keep that email if you want to track your order. If you delete it, contact our customer service department for help. Tracking information may take 24 hours to display.
